Decanted a long time, though until it was poured in the glass, nobody realized how badly corked this was. A spare was brought out from the cellar, though it obviously received no decanting. This wine is available as low as $37 on wine searcher.

Very dark, this wine was too tight to properly evaluate. I did pick up some smoke and dark fruits, both on the nose and the palate. There was some oak on the not surprisingly short finish. Rating will be withheld to be fair to the wine.
