| | From 375ml. Nearly opaque purple, with 5 hours in the decanter a big fruity nose of black cherry, currants, and vanilla oak. Except for it's earth tones, which have receded considerably since opening, you could easily mistake this for Cal Cab. Nearly full bodied in the mouth, it's pretty dense and primal showing some big black fruits. Balanced, but showing firm acids it finishes nicely and should make a pretty nice little drink in about 10 years. 92 points. | | | |
