| Had this wine tonight with some roasted chicken and root veggies, with mushroom risotto, a mrs. jb signature dish. Tasted from Riedel Vinum Bordeaux stems. The blend on this wine is 58% Merlot, 29% Cab Franc and 13% Cab Sauvignon.
Wine is a clear medium ruby color. Nose of cherry and pine. Light-to-medium bodied, with simple cherry and smoke flavors. Straight forward and easy quaffing. jb Rating 82.
Not an earthshattering wine, but for the bargain price of $9, you could do worse. QPR C-.
