Hi remember me?

As reward for a great bike ride yesterday I had a beautiful hunk of prime rib last night along with a bottle of 1989 Talbot. The wine, in poor lighting was a medium red still leaning toward dark though. Lovely cherries and dark toasted oak nose with tobacco notes floating in the backround. In the mouth it was medium bodied, nicely fruited, mildly complex, well balanced and coming to nicely integrated, but for my tastes probably could use another 5 years of cellar time to really be nice. Don't know if it will live up to RPs 94 score, I would give it a 90.
