This is a white bordeaux that is fairly inexpensive. It goes for around $10. This is a 100% stainless steel fermented wine that is a blend of Sauvignon and Semillon, the majority of which is Sauvignon. Wine was tasted out of Riedel Vinum Chard stems.

The wine is a pale lemon color with considerable water at the rim. Aromaticly vibrant with fresh aromas of white fruits, pine and a bit of fresh grass. You can sense the Semillon on the palate as it shows more pear fruit, gooseberries and a bit of clover honey in the finish. The flavors are intense with the finish falling just shy of moderate. jb Rating 85

This is a very refreshing summer quaffer that would be great with a nice piece of fish in a mango-lime-cilantro salsa.
