Another solid bubbly from the folks @ Dr. Frank.ÂIt is not a very complex bottle of champagne & the depth is suitable.ÂIt is though refreshing, enjoyable, & well made bottle of wine.ÂThis is ready to go as there is no need to hold.ÂChill, open, & drink.ÂI see no reason to hold this wine.ÂAnd, it was great after working in the garden yesterday (with wild caught salmon steaks).
