Tasted November 12, 2006: pale in color in the stem, nose of limes, very citrusy with no hints of dougheyness. Clean and crisp on the palate with no lingering aftertaste. Nothing too special but a great QPR sparkler from New Mexico (who would have guessed). BD87

I first tasted their bubbly while living in Santa Fe and couldn't believe it.
For a sparkling wine that can often be had for $10 this stuff is great.

I don't remember where I read...but the winery owners also make champagne in champagne...maybe that has something to do with it.
Agree...best $10 spent on a wine.

A decent bottle of bubbly for the masses and very inexpensive! If you are thinking of a sparkling wine to add Chambord or any addition to you can't beat it! Plus it sounds French and if no one picks up the bottle and reads New Mexico you are set.

Anyone tried their rose'?
Just saw it at cost+ and was curious.
