Salamander White, 12% alcohol, $10.49- Citrus and melon nose, sharp and acidic, 73
nv Red Newt White, 11.5% alcohol, $10, Cayuga White and Vidal Blanc- Grapefruit nose, drinkable fruit punch, 77
2003 Riesling Reserve, 12% alcohol, $19.50- Citrus nose and flavor, bone dry, 82
2004 Semi-Dry Riesling, 11% alcohol, $12.50- Citrus and wild grape nose, grapefruit flavor, OK, 81
2003 Red Eft, 13% alcohol, $12.50, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah- Light berry nose, dark fruit flavors, a little sharp but crisp, OK, 82
2004 Cabernet Franc, 13% alcohol, $19.50- Red berry nose and flavor, sharp, 79
2003 Syrah/Cabernet Franc, 13% alcohol, $24.50- Cedar and cherry nose, plummy flavors, smoother than the others, 85
2003 Merlot, 13% alcohol, $21.50- Dark fruit nose and flavors, some richness, 86
