Medium ruby red color. Nothing on the nose upon opening. After another hour, still nothing. After three hours there was some blackberry along with the smell of alcohol. On the palate there is modest blackberry which gets washed away by harsh acidity. That acidity hangs on through a somewhat puckering finish. Maybe this is just way too young, but still, where's the fruit??? 81 points
