| We had this wine with lunch at Barking Frog at Willows Lodge. It was served with a Willows Lamb Burger and a King Salmon Roulade Sandwich.
At 1/2 hour, the wine had a nose of baked fruit and plums, not what I expect from a Pinot Noir. Flavors of cherries and raspberries were marred by a slight harsh edge. At 3/4 hour, it was improving. At 1 hour, it was still opening. It needed more time, but we finished it, before taking the afternoon off from wine tasting and visiting Snohomish Falls. | | | |
