Bottled under glass cork. Gotta love it! Opened and decanted about 90 minutes before serving. Blowing a little sediment so beware. Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of cedar, dark fruits and spices. Flavors of black cherries, plums and berries. Bitters on the medium finish. Medium acidity, drying tannins, medium body. Drink now with an extended decant or continue to hold. (90 pts.)
