Tasted June 17, 2007 at the winery. Slightly dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Fairly meaty and leathery nose with some black cherries, berries and a touch of a spicy finish. Chewy flavors of black cherries, berries and plums with a little bitters on the finish. Light to medium acidity, medium to firm tannins and medium body. Drink now with a decant or continue to hold.
