Tasted June 17, 2007 at the winery. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout with attractive vibrancy in glass. Deep and rich nose of black cherries, black berries and a hint of underlying meatiness. Flavors of red cherries, red berries and red currants. Medium acidity, tannins and body. Drink with at least an hour in the decanter or continue to hold. (92 pts.)
