Tasted June 17, 2007 at the winery. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Slightly spicy nose with some white pepper, black cherries and a slightly smoky finish. Light and nimble on the palate with flavors mostly of red berries and red cherries. Light acidity, light to medium tannins and body. Drink over the short to medium term. (91 pts.)
