Tasted June 16, 2007 at the winery. Deep and very attractive garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Spicy nose with some aromas of smoke, black cherries and black berries. Juicy fruits on the palate with some red berries and red cherries dominating. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannins, medium body. Hold. (90 pts.)
