Tasted June 16, 2007 at the winery. Dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of forest floor, spices and raspberries. A bit “bigger” on the palate with some spicy flavors, raspberries and sweet fruity currants. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannins, medium to full body. Hold another year before trying again. 14.3% alcohol. (90 pts.)
