| - 2004 Ponzi Vineyards Pinot Noir - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (1/1/2007)
Nutmeg, white pepper, and red fruits on the nose. Tart cherries and pencil lead across the palate. Great mouthfeel. Long enough to be memorable. Shines a positive light on the difference between Oregon and California Pinots. Excellent effort. (91 pts.)
