1996 Fiddlehead Cellars Pinot Noir Willamette Valley (in magnum) -- medium brick-red, just slightly cloudy; reticent nose of earth, cherry; quite acidic, but the fruit holds up well, sweet cherry flavours, mushroomy; medium-to-long finish. Around 86-7 pts. No longer a keeper.
