The color was a medium-dark purple with no hint of browning. The floral nose was redolent of cherries and some cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is complex and elegant, with loads of bright cherry and red berry flavors, with a little aftertaste reminiscent of those chocolate candies filled with cherries. This wine has been better every time we've had it. Unfortunately, this was our last bottle. It's a beautiful wine that hasn't reached its prime yet. It's one of the very best Oregon Pinot Noirs I've ever had. Me 93. My wife 95.
