I was not sure with it being 4 years old what to expect. Delicious. The winemaker said this was his best ever Pinot Blanc and said it was great. He is right on that. Melon, peach, pear notes. Had with grilled Alaskan salmon. Freedom Hill is 10 miles southwest of Salem at the 400-500 foot elevation and SW exposure. The wine was fermented in 10% new French oak, 40% neutral French oak and 50% stainless. This is drinking great now. I would not wait longer, though.
