This was similar, but not quiiiiite as good as the Elk Cove I'd had on vacation. Still, very delicious chunks of melon and a mineral undertone and even hints of mint. Worth 90 TJ points.

Found 2 of these tucked away in Tess's Market in Brunswick today....kinda interested to see how it's doing.
