Medium garnet color, blackberry nose. Concentrated blackberries and some cherries on the palate. Nice balance, very nice finish. Ready to drink now. 91 points.

We drank this with the 1998 Cameron Brickhouse and the 1996 Clerget Chambolle Musigny. This wine was more extracted, but lacked a little finesse in comparison with the other two.
