Grapes are from WA and OR, so I'll list it here because the winery is in Newberg, OR. Approximates:
51 % cab sauvignon
22% merlot
18% zinfindel
16% pinot noir
6% cab franc
5% syrah
2% grenache

Heah, we missing any varieties here? You never know what to expect when the winemaker mixes together the stuff that did nto make it into the main bottlings. This is great. I love this stuff. I bought a case at about $17 a bottle and gave 7 away as gifts. Kick me. I had never tried the Abbot Table before. What a treat. I wrote on the WA page I had the DeLille D2 after this. I prefered this regardless of the price. David O'Reilly beat DeLille with the leftovers and did it for a very reasonable cost. IMO, this beats the Quilceda Creek Red Wine, too. Dark, rich, no wood flavors that I do not care for. Nice finish. Like smooth as velvet says O'Reilly and I totally agree. You can age a few years, but why wait. The zin and pinot is what you get the flavor of. Drank over 4 days with a vacuum stopper and the refrigerator and, like the MaxwellHouse coffee ad, it was good to the last drop. Please do not buy Owen Roe. Do not tell anyone to try OwenRoe. Buy California, buy French, buy anything but OwenRoe. Leave it to the locals to drink this slop.

Mark - Thanks for the post, I just picked up one of these on Friday and was interested in anyones opinion. The bottle caught my eye it is quite impressive big and heavy with wax top with a nice artwork label. The guy in the store said he thought it was great so I figured for $20 I would try and buy more if I like. Based on your notes it sounds likely, I will post a follow up when I try mine.

Too bad for the locals Mark - I had a couple of bottles of this wine and it was a good deal for $20. The kitchen sink varietal mix leads to some interesting smells but I agree with you that the zin and pinot comes across most clearly. I thought it was very tasty albeit a bit on the rustic side.

Very tasty stuff. Opened last night no decanting, the wife and I polished off so quickly really didn't give it much chance to open up. This is a very fun wine, silky smooth with multiple fruit flavors and a mouth coating finish that lasts 20+ seconds. I had a difficult time tasting this wine as it was such a fruit bomb it was hard to tell precisely what I was tasting. The zin and PN were definitely the dominate flavors here did get some blackberry, cherry and some raspberry along with some mushroom and spice notes. The nose was a bit muted with some red fruits but couldn't really get it to open up. I would guess that a little time in the bottle will help this settle down and come together a little more. I would rate 90pts with a + for the hedonistic pleaseure. Very cool heavy bottle, alcohol high at 14.6%. My wife loved it and I will be getting some more and hopefully some of their other wines to try.
