| Tasted at the 01/17/2004 Denver Wine Geeks tasting of Washington St. Reds.
2001 L'Ecole No. 41 Estate Syrah - Forest floor. Tart raspberry with light oak. Sweet finish that lasts. Maybe a touch of honey at the end. I enjoyed this, but think it was hurt by being mixed with so many Cabs and blends. This was the Group # 5 wine. | | | |
