| | Opened last tonight with braised chicken and good friends. Very well put together and drinking surprisingly well for such a young wine. Excellent with the chicken. Balanced and not too tannic. Flavors of leather, tar, cherries, vanilla and earth. I do not think these are long term agers, but would probably benefit for a few years in the cellar. Yum! | | | |
