  • 2000 Columbia Crest Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve - USA, Washington, Columbia Valley (10/15/2005)
this wine is rip roaring ready to go. pop, pour and enjoy. make sure to decant for sediment as its tossing a bunch. well what can i say about another columbia crest reserve wine??? they are extreme bargains imo and this one's no different. the nose is full of bright cherries, currant and a bit of plum. in the mouth it is light on its feet with beautifully sweet tannins. the mid-palate is a bit hollow but the finish is very nice, about 30 seconds strong. hard to complain about mid-palate for the price though. if you got 'em pop 'em, it can't get any better.
