| 2004 Chateau Ste. Michelle-Dr. Loosen Riesling Columbia Valley Eroica (WIML89,NOWA,NOWS)
Tasted October 8, 2005 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in Spiegelau Weiss Wein glasses. Light straw color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Grassy nose of fresh cut flowers and some peach. Flavors of peach, grapefruit and green apple. Drink over the short term. Recommended on a QPR basis. | | Joe ----- Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |

| | My wife and I really enjoyed the 2003 over this past summer. I'll have to grab a few bottles of the 2004, they are great for sipping in the yard during the summer. | | | |

| | I have always thought the Eroica was a nice enough wine, but the QPR has always escaped me. I can get liter bottles of things like the Strub Niersteiner Riesling Kabinett or Messmer Riesling Halbtrocken for half the price, so the cost of the Eroica ends up making it a non-starter QPR wise for me. | | | |
