| 2002 Soos Creek Sundance Columbia Valley (WIML88,NOWA,NOWS)
Tasted October 8, 2005 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately in Riedel restaurant series stemware. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of plums, white pepper and crushed black cherries. Flavors of black cherries, earth and a tar/asphalt like component. I’d hold for another year or two before trying again. Pass is my recommendation. | | Joe ----- Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |
