2001 Buty Columbia Rediviva Columbia Valley (WIML89,NOWA,WS90)

Tasted October 1, 2005 at an offline so brief comments only. Opened and served immediately in a Riedel Restaurant Series Bordeaux stem. Dark ruby color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose was very herbal to me, green in nature, but I couldn’t quite place it. “Green” on the palate, maybe some red cherries hiding in there. Could this have been an off bottle? It didn’t show much to me at the time of tasting. Never revisited. Drink now I guess. Compassion points awarded on the outside chance it was an off bottle. Not recommended.

bummer WIML - try their Rediviva of the Stones instead - it's MUCH better
