That's actually a pretty good deal except you'd need to build a house on it. Might as well go ahead and solicit another 5 million for home construction.

I'll pitch in another .05 and promise that I can get a house built for a lot less than that!!  My dad is a contractor up in the area.  He'll give us a deal.
