Recently I have read a lot re the melamine, formeldyhyde etc. that is added to the food stuffs, animal feed, drugs, and flavorings from the far east.
I also see that China is trying to develop a wine industry.
Thus the question is, are there any current or proposed tests that are available to the importers to ascertain these poisons in wine, and what other remedies are avaialble to the buying public.? I really doubt that the FDA is really on top of the problem when it comes to food.
