| I see some guys are buying wines to keep the vertical going. When do you intend to drink them, especialy if drinking windows are not the same and 97 Bdx, for example, matures faster than 86 for arguement sake.
Will this maturity leave the holes in vertical or will you keep it for collection purposes? | |
