yep, certainly had a blast. How many did I take home?? not that much really... 6 som sauternes, 1 medoc decanter and the newly minted mrs. bought a couple of things.

funny story about that. She found a plate on sale with a ivy / vine pattern in it that she loved so we bought it. It was originally prices at roughly $120 I think she got it for $70 as I recall. Hand blown the whole bit. When we returned we had a package from her work as a gift. It was a tiffany's glass plate WITH THE SAME PATTERN.Exhibit A However, it was a different plate, essentially making a matched set. Now we've learned that Riedel makes their glassware (some people may already know this) but here's the kicker. We found the SAME plate we bought at the Riedel store for $225!Exhibit B Luck of the Irish I guess

Also, I guess her co-workers know her tastes pretty well. Amazing since she's only been there for 3 months.
