That is of course great news. I am curious about how long the appeals processes can take in Virginia and in the other states in similar situations such as NYand Texas. Any estimates? Does it have to go to the Supreme Court to apply to all of the states?

The Supreme Court will eventually hear something on this issue. They HAVE to make a decision. I think that they will only rule on which of the two Amendments will trump the other. Sadly, I think they will opt for the more controlling interpretation.

I hope I am wrong.

maybe all the rulings around the country will have an effect on pa antiquated system of government control. you guys would not believe the conditions we pa residents live under.

With the amount of influence unions have over politicians in this state,
I'd bet on hell freezing over before any change occurs here.
