Looking for a few in the 30 to 60 dollar range and has good internet/phone availability.

I'd say any of Fevre's (chablis) are excellent and all can be had for that price range. Look esp for the 'Les Clos', 'Cote de Bouguerots' or 'Preuses'. I hear that Bouchard's Meursault's and Puligny-Montrachet's are excellent and "reasonably priced" but I haven't tried them yet (Bouchard owns Fevre, and has been making a big move in Burgundy, and doing a pretty good job of it seems like).
