| I am sure many of you NJ forum readers read this today, but for those that didn't I thought this was somewhat interesting.

I have often times had the reverse happen to me probably because I don't usually give many wines a second chance unless I bought more than one the first time or members of this forum have a different opinion I may try another. It seems like fairly often I buy a bottle of wine to try it and really like so I buy a few more and often find myself less impressed the second time. But I found the part about drinking several wines together and how it changed the perception of a given wine interesting as it pertains to people who taste and rate a lot of wine. | | | |
