2004 Evesham Wood Seven Springs - a really pretty wine.  I wish more winemakers would produce wines in this style.

Joe, It got better the longer it sat in the glass. Very nice wine with classic Pinot flavors and no over extraction. Now, on the other hand, I think there is a serious problem with the 06 Diversite. I have opened two bottles that were not corked but seemed seriously flawed. Maybe just bad luck but...?

The 05 Cuvee Emilie from Remizieres is a real knockout though.
