| 1992 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon
I had this last weekend with family so brief notes were written.
The 1992 Caymus Cab still shows some fruit on the nose and displays a nice dark purple color, but on the palate noticeable deterioration is evident. Oak was not an issue with this wine as many always comment about with Caymus, but the lack of structure (fruit/tannin) was. The finish was nearly a whopping 10-15 seconds! Not bad just fading, so drink up over the next 1-2 years. 87 points. | | | |
