| Purchased for $17.99 at WL. I have to say now that it's opened up, I'm really enjoying this wine. Lovely nose of dark currant and deep cherry. decent palate and finish, but I wish there was just a bit more bang and structure. For the price, I'd give it a B+ for QPR. RR agrees with WS: 89 pts. almost but not quite a really nice wine.
For drinking now, give it an hour and it's lovely. I'll guesstimate it's probably good for another couple of years. | | | |
