Tasting over 6 hours in a decanter, the wine was very "in your face" for the first two hours and then mellowed out nicely. Vibrant dark cherry nose, and more dark cherry/berry and spice on the follow through, no heat on the finish. Didn't get the citrus note Winetex saw, which I normally see in the Rosella's. Might overpower my typical pinot food-pairings.
