Took this out to dinner at my favorite Japanese restaraunt.

 

Unscrewed the cap to some really nice aromatics.

After about 15 minutes, this pinot opened up to nice mouthfeel of cherry fruit flavor and a touch of earthiness.

The finish had a spice element and nice acid on the finish to go with the food.

This one had it all and easily my favorite 05 Loring to date.
