Nice dark purple in color, this starts out with a dynamite nose of violets, sweet black cherries, plum, white pepper, and minerals.  Really delightful to smell, the palate is faithful to the nose, showing bright fruit and lofty floral notes. Excellent texture, this wine has very fine polished tannins, great acidity, and an overall excellent feel in the mouth, finishing medium in length.  Very much characteristic in style to N. Rhone, with laser-like focus and precision.  Another awesome wine and awesome value from Ed. Bravo!  92 points.
