INCREDIBLY sweet. Would do well as a dessert wine, and makes most Turleys I have seem subdued in comparison. Black cherry and raspberry descriptors from other are spot on, and I'd compare it with a bit of a Kool-Aid flavor. Not what I normally look for in a zinfandel, but a tasty beverage. (87 pts.)

Kool-Aid - Wine = not good. More than a bit of residual sugar?

Not quite sure why it was so sweet, but it really was a bit over the top for me, at least for what I'm looking for in a zinfandel. And that's with 5 years on the Turley list! It would have been great with some Humboldt Fog cheese or even a stand-alone drinker if you're looking for something tasty. Wife loved it :-D
