Ruby purple with a medium nose of brown sugar, spice, underbrush and earth. Medium body, medium plus intensity and medium acidity. Nose matches the palate with introduction of blackberry and plums. Balanced but lacking the attractive jammy fruits or the balanced “claret” profile.
