| | ok, this was the fourth reverie bottle of the night, sort of. it says, produced by a.s. kiken winery, but is actually made by reverie. it is a blend (cabernet sauvignon and franc, merlot and some petit verdot) of whatever they have left. a.s. kiken is actually the son of the owner. this wine was $20 on release and i think they still sell current releases for under $30. it is the only one of their wines that i would say is a good qpr by napa terms. again i took no notes, but this was my second wine of the night. excellent color and nose, medium to full bodied, very good concentration and excellent complexity. very good finish. me90 | | | |
