02 Plumpjack Syrah
Purchased at the winery last January.
Juicy aromas and full bodied but a bit too tannic right off the bat...will let it sit a while
after 1+ hrs. open
I'm guessing this is an unfiltered wine; somewhat cloudy deep plummy red. Seems hot, but alcohol is 14.6%.
Very 'woody'. Not bad tasting but the texture is off.
