| Medium minus nose of spicy cherry, light raspberry, spice earth and that stemmy earthiness. Medium body, medium plus intensity, medium acidity. Earthy, spicy, cherry, strawberry, raspberry. Balanced, though wound up and in need of the most time of any. I believe this will be the best of the bunch when it comes around. 94pts. | | |

| Purple towards red with a medium nose of blackcherry, black raspberry, earth and leather. Medium body, medium plus intensity and medium plus acidity. This wine is packed full, but reticent and tight. In need of some time here this wine is about subtlety. | | | |

| Not much changed, but this will be so nice. If you own it, do not waste one by opening it anytime in the next 2-3 years. | | | |

| Jason - it does help if you would tell us how long you might want to hold (and/or drink) the wines. Your palate matches up with mine so I'm always interested in your opinion. | | | |

| I will try and include that on notes. Hardly anyone reads them so I have been getting lazy. | | | |

| Of course we read them. Thanks. I think I have the most TNs w/o zero responses. | | | |

| Given a few years of bottle age, what would you predict will be your order of preference among all of the '04 B-C pinots? | | | |

| Jason,
We read them. Look at the "views" count not the "replies" count. | | | |

| Actually, don't look at the views! They are distressingly small unless we all happen to own the wine in question. | | | |

| I assure you I read every note posted on this board. Like Winetex, I tend to lean toward your preference in a wine. | | | |

| I have my entire boxed 6pack of 2004 & 2005 BC Pinot untouched with a buddy who loves Pinot coming to town this weekend. Anyoone have a quick update of which we should be digging into first and what kind of decant/breath time is recommended? | | | |
