This is not the first time I have had this wine recently, and I continue to be impressed with how well it has held up. Showing moderate bricking around a still dark red core, the wine shows good fruit on the nose, with aromas of berries, spice, cedar, and tobacco. Medium in body, but filling out the palate nicely, the wine finishes medium in length and quite pleasant.
