$36.00. Decanted for 40 minutes. Tasted throughout 2+ hours. Held up very well throughout & improved a little with time. But, 40min-1 hour is all the decanting it needs.

Nice, deep red/brownish-color (showing some age). Aroma is light of blackberry.

Medium body (that improved a bit with time). A bit. Dominant fruit is blackberry & black plumbs.

Good finish of about 10-15 seconds. Easy-drinking wine (typical Groth). Smooth & tasty. Solid for the $$$. This wine has been about the same since I have been drinking it (1993).

A solid/steady performer (as always) that is just getting too expensive now (stop me if you heard this before). $40.00 is the limit for this Wine.

Drink now (no upside potential to it) for the next year & a half-2 years or so (@ most).
