First TN on this board!

Mrs. WIML picked up a bottle of this last year while we were at the winery and we finally got around to popping this one last night with a dinner of garlic stuffed pork and risotto.

Opened and served without decanting 1 ½ hours before serving in Spiegelau Bordeaux style glasses. Slightly dusty plum color in the glass. Aromas of plum, cherry and strawberry. Earthy and mineral notes with an underlying raspberry and strawberry layer finishing with just a hint of mint. Fairly well balanced over soft tannins. 88 points. Drink now: no reason to sit on this one. Fair amount of sediment in the bottle. May want to decant.
